Hyderabad, December 16: Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) Chief Spokesperson Dr. Dasoju Sravan demanded that the State Government defer conduct of Panchayat Raj elections till it completes the caste-wise socio-economic survey of Backward Classes and remove all deficiencies in the electoral rolls.

Addressing a press conference at Gandhi Bhavan on Sunday, Sravan said that the Telangana Government was planning to conduct Panchayat Raj elections by January 10, 2019 while ignoring orders of the High Court issued under case Vide W.P. No. 20477/2016 dated 26.06.2018.  The High Court has directed the State Government to conduct detailed investigation with regard to backwardness of population, collect data, invite objections from general public, analyse the same and then fix the reservation in favour of Backward Classes in accordance with the directions of a division bench of High Court in "Nimmaka Jaya Raj Vs The Government of Andhra Pradesh". He said although the order was issued in June this year, nothing was done for enumeration of BC voters in the State.

Similarly, he said that the State Government must implement categorisation of Backward Classes in A, B, C, D and E categories in reservation of seats in forthcoming Panchayat Raj elections. He said the State Government has earmarked just 34% of seats for BCs while they should get reservation in proportionate to their population which is 52% as per the Intensive Household Survey of August 2014. He pointed out that almost 100 of 113 castes/groups among BCs had no representation in Panchayat Raj or local bodies. Therefore, he said that the categorisation of seats should be done in a scientific manner based on the actual population of BCs. He said that the categorisation would benefit all categories of BCs.

Further, Sravan said that the State Government wants to conduct Panchayat Raj elections based on defective electoral rolls. He said that more than 22 lakh eligible voters were missing from the electoral rolls and the same has been admitted by Chief Electoral Officer Dr. Rajat Kumar. He said as per the schedule for summary revision of electoral rolls announced by the Election Commission of India, the Integrated Draft Electoral Rolls will be published on December 26; Claims and Objections will be received from 26th December to 25th January; Claims and Objections will be disposed of before 11th February; Updating database and printing of supplement will be done before 18th February and Final Publication of Photo Electoral Rolls will be done on 22nd February, 2019. Therefore, there was no point in holding the Panchayat Raj elections in January without waiting for revised electoral rolls.

Sravan informed that he has written a letter to Chief Minister K. Chandrashekhar Rao and Principal Secretary of Panchayat Raj Department asking them to hold Panchayat Raj elections only after conducting enumeration of BC voters and their categorisation in A, B, C, D and E Groups and only after rectifying all deficiencies in the electoral rolls.

The Congress leader also extended greetings to KCR on assuming the office of Chief Minister for second term.

2014 సమగ్ర కుటుంబ సర్వే ప్రకారం తెలంగాణా రాష్ట్రంలో దాదాపు 52 శాతం మంది బిసి లు ఉన్నట్లు గా లెక్కలు తేల్చిన ప్రభుత్వం. మేమెంతో మాకంతే అన్నట్టుగా బిసి ఉపకులాలకు రిజర్వేషన్లు కేటాయించాలని సామాజిక ఆర్ధిక  అధ్యయనం ద్వారా నే సమగ్ర కులగణన చేపట్టాలని, ఉమ్మడి హైకోర్ట్ ఇచ్చిన తీర్పును అమలు చేయాలని టిపిసిసి ముఖ్యఅధికార ప్రతినిధి డాక్టర్ శ్రవణ్ దాసోజు డిమాండ్ చేశారు. ఇవాళ మధ్యాహ్నం ఆయన గాంధీ భవన్  మీడియా సమావేశంలో మాట్లాడిన ఆయన ముఖ్యమంత్రి కల్వకుంట్ల చంద్రశేఖర్ రావు,మరియు  పంచాయతీ రాజ్ ప్రిన్సిపల్ సెక్రటరీ  లేఖలు రాశారు.  బిసిలకు చెందిన సబ్బండ కులాలకు స్ధానిక సంస్ధల్లో రిజర్వేషన్లు కోరామని కాని ప్రభుత్వం నిమ్మకు నీరెత్తినట్లు వ్యవహరిస్తోందని ఆయన ఆరోపించారు.

బిసి ఉపకులాలు దామాషా ప్రకారం రిజర్వేషన్లు కేటాయించాలని కులాల వెనుకబాటు తనం ఆధారంగా కుల గణన చేపట్టాలని గతంలో ప్రభుత్వాన్ని కోరితే  ఏమాత్రం కూడా స్పందించకుండా నిమ్మకు నీరెత్తినట్లు ప్రవర్తించిన తరుణంలో  రిట్ పిటీషన్ నెంబర్ 20477/ 2018  26.06.2018 నాడు  హైకోర్టును ఆశ్రయించామన్నారు. తెలంగాణా ప్రభుత్వం ఇష్టాను సారంగా తెచ్చిన పంచాయతీరాజ్ చట్టం  ఇష్టారాజ్యంగా సమగ్రమైనటువంటి సామాజిక ఆర్ధిక అధ్యయనం జరుగకుండా బీసిల యొక్క కులాల వెనుకబాటు తనం పై సరియైన అధ్యయనం చేయకుండా  ఒక సరియైన కుల గణన చేయకుండా వాళ్ల ఆక్ట్ లో ఇష్టారాజ్యంగా రిజర్వేషన్లు పొందు పరిచినారన్నారు. దీనిని సవాల్ చేస్తూ వేసిన పిటిషన్ పై స్పందించిన ధర్మాసనం   గతంలో ఉన్న హైకోర్ట్ తీర్పుల ఆధారంగా సామాజిక ఆర్ధిక అధ్యయనంతో పాటు బీసి కులాల వెనుకబాటు తనం పై  అధ్యయనం జరుగాలని తద్వారా కులగణన చేపట్టాలని  శాస్త్రీయ విధానాన్ని అనుసరించాలని  మధ్యంతర ఉత్తర్వులను ఇచ్చిన విషయాన్ని శ్రవణ్ గుర్తుచేశారు. ఇందుకు ఉదాహరణగా జస్టిస్ రామచంద్రారావుగారి నేతృత్వంలొని ధర్మాసనం గతంలో నిమ్మక జయరాజ్ వర్సెస్ గవర్నమెంట్ ఆఫ్ ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్  కేసులో  ఇచ్చిన తీర్పునే ఆదర్శంగా తీసుకోవాలని  అందులో ఉదహరించిందని  కోర్టు ఉత్తర్వులను డాక్టర్ శ్రవణ్ మీడియాకు చూపించారు.

సామాజిక, ఆర్ధిక అధ్యయనం చేసి వెనుకబాటు తనం ఆధారంగా బీసిలకు రిజర్వేషన్లు కల్పించాలి.

హైకోర్ట్ తీర్పు నేపధ్యంలో తెలంగాణా ప్రభుత్వం బిసి ఉపకులాల సామాజిక, ఆర్ధిక  అంశాలపై అధ్యయనం చేయాలన్నారు. ఆయా కులాల వెనుకబాటు తనానికి కారణాలేంటో తెలుసుకోవాలన్నారు. ఆతర్వాతే తదనుగుణంగా దామాషా ప్రకారం రిజర్వేషన్లు అమలు చేయాలని సూచించారు.

హైకోర్ట్ తీర్పు ఆధారంగా ను బేఖాతర్ చేస్తున్న ప్రభుత్వం తూతూమంత్రంగా బిసి గణన చేపడుతున్నారని ఆందోళన వ్యక్తంచేసిన శ్రవణ్.

హైకోర్ట్  స్పష్టంగా ఉత్వర్వులు ఇచ్చినప్పడికి ఉత్తర్వులను బేఖాతర్ చేస్తూ కేసీఆర్ ప్రభుత్వం సామాజిక  స్థితిగతుల పై అధ్యయనం చేయడం లేదని శ్రవణ్ ఆందోళన  వ్యక్తం చేశారు. హైకోర్టు తీర్పు గత జూన్ నెలలోనే ఇచ్చినప్పుడికి బీసీకులాల వెనుకబాటు తనానికి కారణాలు కనుక్కోకుండా ముందస్తు ఎన్నికల హడావుడిలో మునిగి పోయిందన్నారు.  ఇప్పడు కొత్త ప్రభుత్వం వచ్చిన తర్వాత కూడా బీసి ఉపకులాల గణన సక్రమంగా చేపట్టకుండా తూతూ మంత్రంగా చేపడుతున్నారని ఆరోపించారు.

22 లక్షల ఓట్ల తొలగించి సారి చెప్పిన ఎన్నికల సంఘం జాబితా ఆధారంగా కులగణన చేపడితే సహించబోమన్న శ్రవణ్.

ఇటీవల జరిగిన ఎన్నికల్లో దాదాపు 22 లక్షల ఓట్లను నిర్దాక్షిణ్యంగా తొలగించిన ఎన్నికల కమీషన్ ఇచ్చిన జాబితా ఆధారంగా గ్రామాలకు వెళ్లి కులగణన చేపట్టడాన్ని డాక్టర్ శ్రవణ్ తప్పుపట్టారు. ఓటర్ లిస్ట్ తప్పుల తడకగా ఉందని సాక్షాత్తూ ఎన్నికల కమీషనర్ రజత్ కుమార్ మీడియా సాక్షిగా సారీ చెప్పారని అలాంటి ఎన్నికల సంఘం ఇచ్చిన జాబితా ఆధారంగా కులగణన చేపడితే బీసి కులాలకు ఏమేరకు న్యాయం జరుగుతుందని ప్రశ్నించారు. గ్రామసభలు ఏర్పాటుచేయకుండా చెట్లమీద ఇస్తరాకులు కుట్టినట్టు కులగణన చేయడం పై తీవ్ర అభ్యంతరం వ్యక్తంచేశారు. విద్యా, ఉపాధి రంగాల్లో ఎ,బి,సి,డి,ఈ   కేటగిరిల వారిగా ఎలాగయితే అమలు చేస్తున్నారో, అదే విధానాన్ని పంచాయతీ రాజ్  ఎన్నికల్లో కూడా బీసి ఉపకులాలు వారిగా రిజర్వేషన్లు అమలు చేయాలని డిమాండ్ చేశారు. ఈ సందర్బంగా సామాజిక అధ్యయనం జరగాలని కోర్టు వారిచ్చిన ఆదేశాలను గుర్తుచేశారు. గ్రామాల వారిగా ఏ కులానికి చెందిన వారు ఎందరున్నారు వారి సామాజిక ఆర్ధిక స్థితిగతుల పై సమగ్ర అధ్యయనం  కొత్తగా ఏర్పాటయని కేసీఆర్ ప్రభుత్వాన్ని డాక్టర్ శ్రవణ్ కోరారు.

రెండవసారి ముఖ్యమంత్రిగా ప్రమాణ స్వీకారం చేసిన కల్వకుంట్ల చంద్రశేఖర్ రావుకు డాక్టర్ శ్రవణ్ శుభాకాంక్షలు తెలిపారు. రెండో మారు ముఖ్యమంత్రిగా ఎన్నికయిన కేసీఆర్  బిసిలకు తగిన న్యాయం చేయాలని  తాను విడుదల చేసిన లేఖలో కోరారు.  అలాగే పంచాయతీరాజ్ ప్రిన్సిపల్ సెక్రటరీ కి కూడా ఆయన బీసిలకు న్యాయం చేయాలని సమగ్ర కుల గణన చేపట్టాలని లేఖ రాసారు. బిసిలకు గొర్లు బర్లు కాకుండా రాజకీయంగా సమన్యాయం జరిగేలా చూడాలని వారంతా ఎదిగేందుకు సహకరించాలని విజ్నప్తి చేశారు.

Hyderabad, December 14: Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) Chief Spokesperson Dr. Sravan Dasoju demanded that a Joint Parliamentary Committee (JPC) should be constituted to probe into the irregularities in the recently concluded elections for Telangana Legislative Assembly.

He was speaking to media persons at Gandhi Bhavan on Friday after the TPCC held a high level meeting to review the party's performance in Assembly elections. The meeting was attended by TPCC President Capt. N. Uttam Kumar Reddy, ex-CLP leader K. Jana Reddy, Working Presidents Ponnam Prabhakar, Mohd Azharuddin and Kusum Kumar and other senior leaders. The leaders were of the view that the TRS has won the elections by resorting to huge irregularities in connivance with the Election Commission of India. It has been decided to place all the proofs of tampering and other irregularities in the public domain and also furnish the same to the Election Commission of India.

Sravan informed that all the leaders were unanimous in demanding that all elections from now on should be conducted only through ballot. Therefore, it has been decided to launch a movement for 'Bring Back Ballot' to save democracy.

The Congress leader said it was unfortunately that the Election Commission has partnered with TRS in murdering the democracy in Telangana. He said a detailed analysis was being done to expose how and where police officials, Returning Officers and other poll staff colluded with the TRS leaders to rig the elections. He said that the ECI did not react to the complaint lodged by Congress party on illegal deletion of 22 lakh voters from the electoral rolls. He said not even notices were served although the Congress party took up the matter up to Supreme Court. He said that the office of Chief Electoral Officer Rajat Kumar was literally turned into the TRS office.

Sravan said that the Telangana Congress leaders would ask the Congress MPs to raise the issue in the ongoing session of Parliament to demand a JPC to probe into the poll irregularities. He said that the Congress party would also approach the Chief Election Commission with evidences to show how results were manipulated by the local poll staff.

He said polling percentage was manipulated in many constituencies. Citing an instance, he said in Narsapur constituency the polling percentage was just 8.83% till afternoon. However, the officials declared 70% polling till 5 pm. He said it takes at least one or two minutes to cast a vote. Therefore, how was it possible that such a large number of people have cast their vote in such a short time? He said the polling percentage was changed many times and shockingly the final polling figures were released to the media only the next day of polling.

Similarly in Mancherial, the polling percentage was 54.75% till 4 pm. By 5 PM it was declared as 65% and finally, the Return Officer declared the figure to be 73%.

He said total number of votes polled should match the total number of votes counted in EVM. But in 114 out of 119 seats, total number of votes in EVMs was higher than the actual number of votes polled on polling day. In five other constituencies, the number of votes counted in EVMs was less than the voted polled. The complete mismatch of figures lead to a suspicion that EVMs were either tampered or additional votes were polled later. There are also allegations of replacement of EVMs on several polling booths. Even otherwise, the Election Commission of India need to answer on mismatch of polled votes and votes counted in EVMs. (eom)

బ్రింగ్ బ్యాక్ బాలెట్ పేపర్ అనే నినాదంతో సుప్రీం కోర్ట్, హైకోర్ట్ తలుపులు తడుతామని పార్లమెంట్ లో జాయింట్ పార్లమెంటరీ కమీషన్ ఏర్పాటు కోసం పట్టుబడుతామని టీపిసిసి ముఖ్య అధికార ప్రతినిధి డాక్టర్ శ్రవణ్ కుమార్ దాసోజు అన్నారు. ఇవాళ సాయంత్రం గాంధీ భవన్ లో ఏర్పాటు చేసిన మీడియా సమావేశంలో పాల్గొన్న ఆయన గాంధీభవన్ లో దాదాపు రెండు గంటల పాటు టీపిసిసి అధ్యక్షులు ఉత్తమ్ కుమార్ రెడ్డి, మాజీ సీఎల్పీ నేత జానారెడ్డి, వర్కింగ్ ప్రసిడెంట్,పొన్నం ప్రభాకర్, అజహరుద్దీన్, జెట్టి కుసుమ్ కుమార్ తదితర నాయకుల ఆధ్వర్యంలో గాంధీ భవన్ లో ఓటమి పాలయిన కాంగ్రెస్ ఎమ్మెల్యే అభ్యర్ధుల తో  సమావేశం జరిగిందన్నారు.  ఈ సమావేశంలో ఇటీవల తెలంగాణాలో జరిగిన ఎన్నికల్లో భారీ ఎత్తున ఎన్నికల సంఘం, టీఆర్ఎస్ పార్టీ  పాల్పడ్డ అవకతవకలను ప్రస్తావించామని అన్ని ఆధారాలను మీడియా లో సహ కేంద్ర ఎన్నికల సంఘం త్వరలోనే  పెడుతామన్నారు. బాలెట్ పేపర్ ద్వారానే ఎన్నికలు జరిపితే ప్రజాస్వామ్య పరిరక్షణ సాధ్యమవుతుందని లేదంటే ప్రజాస్వామ్యం బతికే పరిస్థితి లేదన్నారు.

ఎన్నికల సంఘం టీఆర్ఎస్ పార్టీ కుమ్ముక్కై ప్రజాస్వామ్యాన్ని ఖూనిచేశారని ఆరోపణ

పోలీసులు,రిటర్నింగ్ అధికారులు ఎక్కడెక్కడ టీఆర్ఎస్ పార్టీతో కుమ్ముక్కయ్యారన్న దానిపై లోతుగా విశ్లేషించామన్నారు. దాదాపు 22 లక్షల ఓట్లను నిర్ధాక్షిణ్యంగా, కనీసం నోటీసులు ఇవ్వకుండా తొలగించడం పట్ల సమావేశంలో పాల్గొన్న నేతలు ఖండించారన్నారు. అదేవిధంగా పైకోర్టులో కేసు వేసిన తర్వాత కూడా పట్టించుకోకుండా ఎన్నికల నోటిఫికేషన్  విడుదల చేయడం నుంచి పలు అనుమానాలకు తావిచ్చే లా  రాష్ట్ర ఎన్నికల సంఘం వ్యవహరించదన్నారు. రజిత్ కుమార్ నుంచి మొదలు ఎన్నికల  సంఘం కార్యాలయంలో ఫనిచేస్తున్న అధికారులంతా టీఆర్ఎస్ పార్టీ కనుసన్నల్లో మెలగుతున్నారన్న స్పష్టమైన సమాచారం తమకుందన్నారు.  రిటైర్డ్ అధికారులు కూడా వారి చెప్పుచేతల్లో పనిచేస్తూ వ్యవస్ధను చిద్రం చేసారని  ఈ మొత్తం వ్యవహరం పై పార్లమెంట్ లో లేవనెత్తుతామన్నారు.   ఎన్నికల్లో అవకతవకలకు పాల్పడ్డ అధికారులను శిక్షించేలా వత్తిడి తెస్తామన్నారు.

పోటీ చేసిన అన్నినియోజకవర్గాలకు చెందిన  అభ్యర్ధులందరిని  కూడా కేంద్ర ఎన్నికల సంఘం వద్ద కు తీసుకువెళ్లి వారికి వారు ఎదుర్కున్న సమస్యలను నివేదించనున్నామన్నారు.ఒక్కో అభ్యర్ధి తమ బాధను వ్యక్తం చేశారని రిటర్నింగ్ ఆఫీసర్ మొదలు, పోలీసులు కూడా ఎన్నికల విధానాన్ని ఎలా ఖూనీ చేశారన్న విషయం పై కూలకషంగా కేంద్ర ఎన్నికల సంఘానికి వివరిస్తామన్నారు. అలాగే లోక సభలో, రాజ్యసభలో చర్చకు దారితీసేలా చర్యలు తీసుకుంటామన్నారు. కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ ఎంపీలతో వత్తిడి తెచ్చి జాయింట్ పార్లమెంటరీ కమిషన్ కోరుతామని వాస్తవాలను వెలికి తీసేవరకు పోరాటం చేస్తామని వెల్లడించారు. అధికారుల గోల్ మాల్... పోలింగ్ శాతం తారుమారు

ఎన్నికలు ముగిసిన తర్వాత ఎన్నికల సంఘం తమాషా చేసిందన్నారు. ఉదాహరణకు నర్సాపూర్ నియోజకవర్గంలో సునితా లక్ష్మారెడ్డి పోటీచేసిన  నియోజకవర్గంలో మధ్యాహ్నం 8.83  శాతం పోలింగ్ చూపిన అధికారులు సాయంత్రం 5 గంటలకు 70 శాతం పోలింగ్ అయినట్టు చూపారన్నారు.నిజానికి ఒక్కో ఓటు వేయాలంటే కనీసం నిమిషం నుంచి రెండు నిమిషాల సమయం పడుతుందని కాని ఇంత తక్కువ సమయంలో  అంత పెద్ద మొత్తం ఎలా సాధ్యమయిందని అనుమానం వ్యక్తం చేశారు. సాయంత్రం 5 గంటలకు 70 శాతం పోలింగ్ నమోదయిందని చెప్పిన అధికారులు తెల్లవారు జామున 1గంటకు 88 శాతంగా, ఉదయం 5.30 గంటల సమయంలో 90 శాతం పోలింగ్ నమోదయ్యిందని చెప్పారన్నారు.  పోలింగ్ శాతాన్ని అనేక సార్లు మార్చి చెప్పిన అధికారులు  తీరు చూస్తుంటే  ఎన్నికల్లో అక్రమాలు జరిగాయని రుజువు చేస్తుందన్నారు.  రిటర్నింగ్ అధికారుల ఇచ్చిన కన్సాలిడేటెడ్ జాబితాకు, కౌంటింగ్ జాబితాలకు పొంతన లేని సమాచారం ఇచ్చారన్నారు.

అలాగే మంచిర్యాల లో కూడా ఇదే తంతు జరిగిందన్నారు. నాలుగు గంటల వరకు 54.75 శాతం పోలింగ్ నమోదయిందని చెప్పిన అధికారులు  సాయంత్రం 5 గంటలకు 65 శాతంగా చెప్పారని తెల్లవారి అదే అధికారులు 73 శాతంగా డిక్లేర్ చేశారన్నారు. పోలింగ్ బూత్ లోకి పోలీసులకు అనుమతి ఉండదని కాని సాయంత్రం నాలుగు గంటల కు పోలీసులు బూత్ ల్లో చొరబడి బూ త్  ఏజెంట్ల  పై లాఠీచార్జి కి పాల్పడ్డారని. అన్యాయంగా ఏజెంట్లను బూత్ లనుంచి పోలీసులు వెళ్లగొట్టారని ఆరోపించారు. చాలా నియోజకవర్గంలో ఇలాంటి పరిస్థితులు తలెత్తాయని పోలీసులు, ఎన్నికల అధికారులతో అక్రమాలకు పాల్పడ్డారని వెల్లడించారు.

EC manipulated poll process to help TRS win elections: Congress

Hyderabad, December 13: Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) Chief Spokesperson Dr. Dasoju Sravan has accused the Election Commission of India, especially Chief Electoral Officer Rajat Kumar, of helping TRS win elections through fraudulent means.

Addressing a press conference at Gandhi Bhavan on Thursday, Sravan alleged that the ECI and CEO executed the conspiracy hatched by TRS to win the elections through tampering of Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs) and other irregularities. He said that the EC deprived over 22 lakh people of their voting rights by deleting their names from the electoral rolls. Despite Congress party taking up the issue at the highest level including the Supreme Court, the poll authorities did not act as per law and openly favoured the TRS. He said CEO Rajat Kumar has acted in a highly condemnable manner. Rajat Kumar, in connivance with TRS and EC, has smothered the democracy in Telangana, he alleged.

Sravan said Rajat Kumar has facilitated poll irregularities at a large scale to favour TRS. He said the reality would come out if Rajat Kumar is subjected to lie-detector test. He said that the CEO has committed poll offences of such a magnitude that he should be punished publicly as it is done in Gulf countries. He said that the TRS has come to power not through voting by people, but through fraudulent means like EVM tampering. He said that the people of Telangana have voted for the candidates of Congress party and its allies. However, by manipulating the EVMs the results were turned in favour of ruling TRS. He said it was shocking that the villages where TRS leaders were denied entry during the campaign got all votes in favour of TRS. This was done only through EVM tampering, he alleged.

The Congress leader alleged that the policemen were used as TRS workers at many places. He alleged that poor villagers were harassed, intimidated and even beaten by the police at many places to keep them away from the poll process. He also alleged that Chief Minister K. Chandrashekhar Rao and his son K. Tarakarama Rao also engineered the defeat of some TRS candidates like Jupally Krishna Rao, Tummala Nageshwara Rao and Madhusudan Chary as they were being considered a liability.

Sravan, who had contested as Praja Kutami candidate from Khairtabad, pointed out that the Congress party had demanded that the 100% counting of VVPATs in Khairtabad on 9th and also on 11th December. However, the CEO did not accept the demand. He said the resistance shown by the Election Commission in counting the VVPAT slips clearly indicate that the EVMs were manipulated after the end of actual polling process. Since counting of VVPAT slips would expose the fraud behind EVMs, the EC and CEO did not consider the demand of Congress party, he said while pointing specific cases of mismatch between the numbers of votes counted in EVMs and those mentioned in the lists of Returning Officer.

Sravan said that the role played by the Election Commission in general and CEO Rajath Kumar in particular has put the very survival of democracy in danger. He said that the Election Commission was remote controlled by TRS throughout the polling process ever since the dissolution of Assembly on September 6. Stating that Congress President Rahul Gandhi was all set to become the next Prime Minister of India next year, he said the next Congress Government at the Centre would probe and expose the conspiracies behind poll irregularities through EVM and other means by TRS and other officials like CEO Rajat Kumar. He said that the Congress party would not remain a mute spectator to the murder of democracy by anti-democratic forces like TRS and others and it would fight against them.

రక్షకుడే భక్షకుడిగా  మారిన చందంగా పోలీసులు వ్యవహించారని, గులాబీ కార్యకర్తల్లా గల్లీ, గల్లీల్లో మద్యం, డబ్బులు పంచినా ఎన్నికల కమీషన్ కళ్లూ నోరూ మూసుకుందన్నారు. ప్రతి పౌరుడికి రాజ్యాంగ బద్దంగా కల్పించబడ్డ ఓటు హక్కు తొలగించే హక్కు ఎవరికి లేదన్నారు. బతికున్న వారందరిని చంపేసిన ఎన్నికల కమీషనర్ పై కఠిన  చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలని  ఆయన డిమాండ్ చేశారు.

గ్రామాల్లో తరిమి కొట్టిన నాయకులకు వేలల్లో ఓట్లెలా వచ్చాయి

ఎన్నికల ముందు అధికార పార్టీలోని ఎమ్మెల్యేలు గ్రామాల్లోకి వెళ్లితే ప్రజలు తిరగబడ్డారని. చాలాచోట్ల తరిమి కొట్టారని, కాని ఎన్నికల ఫలితాల్లో మాత్రం అందుకు భిన్నంగా వేలల్లో  మెజార్టీ రావడమేంటని అనుమానం వ్యక్తం చేశారు. కేసీఆర్, కేటీఆర్ లకు ఎదురు తిరిగిన నేతలను గుర్తించి  తుమ్మల, జూపల్లి, జలగం, మదుసూదన చారి లాంటి వారిని ఎన్నికలో ఓడించేలా, తమకు అనుకూలమైన వారిని గెలిపించుకునేలా ఈవీఎంలతో మాయ చేశారని ఆరోపించారు. ఎన్నికల్లో ఎలాగైనా గెలవాలనే దురుద్దేశంతో కుట్ర చేసిన కేసీఆర్, ఈవిఎం లలో జరిగిన అక్రమాలను మరిచిపోయేలా ఏపీ సీఎం చంద్రబాబును బూచిగా చూపిస్తు, అందువల్లే కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ కి ఎన్నికల్లో ఓట్లు రాలేదని దుష్ప్రచారం చేయిస్తున్నారని ఆరోపించారు. ఎన్నికల ముందు ఈవీఎంలను దాచి ఉంచిన గదులకు చెందిన  సీసీ పుటేజీలను దమ్ముంటే బయట పెట్టాలని డిమాండ్ చేశారు.

అక్రమాలు జరిగాయని ఎన్నికల కమీషన్ కు ఫిర్యాదు చేసిన పట్టించుకోలేదని ఆరోపణ

ఎన్నికల్లో అక్రమాలు జరుగుతున్నాయని అనుమానంతో ఈ నెల 9, 11 తేదీల్లో వీవీప్యాట్ స్లీప్పులను కౌంటింగ్ చేయాలని ఎన్నికల అధికారికి లిఖిత పూర్వకంగా ఫిర్యాదు చేసినా స్పందించ లేదన్నారు. రాష్ర్టంలో జరిగిన ఎన్నికలు మొత్తం మోసపూరితంగా, లోప భూయిష్టంగా జరిగాయని, ఇలా జరిగితే ప్రజాస్వామ్య మనుగడ ఎలా సాధ్యం అవుతుందని ఆవేదన వ్యక్తం చేశారు.

2019 లో రాహుల్ గాంధీ ప్రధాని అవుతారని ధీమా వ్యక్తం చేసిన శ్రవణ్ దాసోజు

ప్రభుత్వాలు ఎన్ని కుట్రలు చేసినా  2019లో రాహుల్ గాంధీ దేశ ప్రధాని అవుతారని శ్రవణ్ జోస్యం చెప్పారు. ఈవిఎంల కుట్రద్వారా ఇక్కడి ఎన్నికల్లో ప్రభుత్వాల్లోకి రాగలిగినా కేంద్రంలో కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీయే ప్రభుత్వం ఏర్పాటు చేయనుందని ధీమా వ్యక్తం చేశారు.

ఈవిఎం మిషన్ లో ఓట్లకు ఆర్వోఇచ్చిన ఓట్లలో భారీ  తేడా

ఆయా పోలింగ్ బూత్ లో పోల్ అయిన  సమాచారాన్ని 17 సీ ఫారం ద్వారా రిటర్నింగ్ అధికారి  ఏజెంట్లకు  సమాచారం ఇవ్వాల్సి ఉంటుందని అయితే ఈవీఎం మిషన్ లో చూపించిన ఓట్లకు రిటర్నింగ్ అధికారి ఇచ్చిన రాత పూర్వక సమాధానానికి భారీ తేడా కనిపిస్తోందని శ్రవణ్ ఆరోపించారు. ఇందుకోసం ఖైరతాబాద్ నియోజకవర్గంలోని  పోలింగ్ బూత్ నెంబర్ 7లో 717 ఓట్లు కౌంటింగ్ జరగగా, రిటర్నింగ్ అధికారి (ఆర్ఓ) లిస్ట్ లో 819 అని చూపించారని తెలిపారు. అలాగే, బూత్ నెం. 11లో 328 ఓట్లు పోలవ్వగా ఆర్ఓ లిస్ట్ లో 327, బూత్ నెం. 19లో 711 కౌంటింగ్ కాగా, ఆర్ఓ లిస్ట్ లో 714 చూపించారని అనుమానం వ్యక్తం చేశారు. 94లో 640 కౌంటింగ్ జరగగా ఆర్ ఓ లిస్ట్ లో 630 నమోదు చేశారని వివరించారు. అలాగే, బూత్ నెం. 124లో 756 కౌంటింగ్ జరగగా, లిస్ట్ లో 746 చూపించారని తెలిపారు. బూత్ నెం. 156లో 599 ఓట్లు పోలవ్వగా 440 ఓట్లను ఆర్ఓ లిస్ట్ లో నమోదు చేశారని గుర్తు చేశారు. ప్రజాస్వామ్యపద్ధతిలో నిష్పక్షంగా జరగాల్సిన ఎన్నికలను అధికార పార్టికి లాభం జరిగేలా వ్యవహరించిన సీఈఓ రజత్ కుమార్ పై ఉన్నతస్థాయి విచారణ జరిపించాలని డిమాండ్ చేశారు. ఈ సమావేశంలో తుంగతుర్తి ఎమ్మెల్యే అభ్యర్ధి అద్దంకి దయాకర్, అలంపూర్ మాజీ ఎమ్మేల్యే సంపత్ కుమార్, దేవరకద్ర ఎమ్మెల్యే అభ్యర్ధి డోకూరి పవన్ కుమార్ తదితర నాయకులు కార్యకర్తలు పాల్గొన్నారు.
