హైదరాబాద్, సెప్టెంబర్‌ 14 :తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్ర వ్యాప్తంగా జనం రోగాలతో నానా కష్టాలు పడుతున్నారని, తక్షణమే ఆరోగ్య అత్యవసర పరిస్థితిని విధించాలని అఖిల భారత కాంగ్రెస్‌ కమిటీ (ఏఐసీసీ) అధికార ప్రతినిధి డాక్టర్‌ దాసోజు శ్రవణ్‌ డిమాండ్‌ చేశారు.
వరంగల్‌లోని ఎంజీఎం ఆస్పత్రి వద్ద శనివారం కాంగ్రెస్‌ పార్టీ నిర్వహించిన ధర్నా కార్యక్రమాన్ని ఉద్ధేశించి శ్రవణ్‌ ప్రసంగించారు. డెంగూ, మలేరియా, స్వైన్‌ఫ్లూ వంటి విషజ్వరాలను అరికట్టడంలో ప్రభుత్వం ఘోరంగా వైఫల్యం చెందిందని ఆయన మండిపడ్డారు. టీఆర్ఎస్‌ ప్రభుత్వం వైద్య ఆరోగ్య శాఖను పూర్తిగా నిర్లక్ష్యం చేసిందని ఆరోపించారు. 2019–20 ఆర్థిక సంవత్సరం ఓటాన్‌ అక్కౌంట్‌ బడ్జెట్‌ 1.82 లక్షల కోట్ల రూపాయలకు ప్రవేశపెట్టి అందులో వైద్య,ఆరోగ్య శాఖకు కేవలం రూ.5536 కోట్లు మాత్రమే కేటాయించారని, మొత్తం బడ్జెట్‌లో ఇది కేవలం మూడు శాతమేనని ఆయన వివరించారు. ఇతర రాష్ట్రాల్లో సగటున వైద్య, ఆరోగ్య శాఖకు 4.8 శాతం చొప్పున బడ్జెట్‌ కేటాయించాయని, టీఆర్ఎస్‌ ప్రభుత్వం ప్రజారోగ్యం పట్ల నిర్లక్ష్యం చేసిందని చెప్పడానికి బడ్జెట్‌ కేటాయింపులే నిదర్శనమన్నారు. ముఖ్యమంత్రి కల్వకుంట్ల చంద్రశేఖర్‌రావు కమీషన్లు పొందేందుకే కాళేశ్వరం, ఇతర నీటిపారుదల ప్రాజెక్టులకు అత్యధికంగా నిధులు కేటాయించారని దాసోజు శ్రవణ్‌ విమర్శించారు.
తెలంగాణ కొత్త రాష్ట్రం ఏర్పాటు వల్ల కేవలం కేసీఆర్‌ ఆయన కుటుంబసభ్యులు మాత్రమే లబ్ధి పొందారని, ఆర్జన చేశారని, తెలంగాణ ప్రజల జీవితాల్లో మాత్రం ఎలాంటి మార్పు రాలేదని ఆవేదన వ్యక్తం చేశారు. ప్రగతి భవన్‌కు చెందిన ఒక కుక్కకు ఆనారోగ్యం చేస్తే వైద్యం చేసిన తర్వాత చనిపోయిందంటూ బంజారాహిల్స్‌ పోలీసులు పశువైద్యుడిపై కేసు పెట్టినట్లుగా పత్రికల్లో వచ్చిన వార్తను దాసోజు శ్రవణ్‌ ఉటంకించారు. అయితే గాంధీ ఆస్పత్రిలో డెంగీ కారణంగా ఒకేరోజు ఆరుగురు పిల్లలు మరణిస్తే ఎలాంటి చర్యలు ప్రభుత్వం తీసుకోకపోవడం సిగ్గుచేటని ఆయన నిప్పులు చెరిగారు. ఇందుకు బాధ్యులుగా ముఖ్యమంత్రి కేసీఆర్, వైద్య ఆరోగ్య శాఖ మంత్రి ఈటెల రాజేందర్‌లను చేసి వాళ్లపై క్రిమినల్‌ కేసులు నమోదు చేయాలని ఆయన డిమాండ్‌ చేశారు. ప్రజారోగ్యాన్ని గాలికి వదిలేసిన ప్రభుత్వం కొత్తగా అసెంబ్లీ, సచివాలయ భవనాలు కట్టేందుకు ఉవ్విళ్లూరుతోందని విమర్శించారు. ప్రభుత్వాసుపత్రుల్లో వైద్య సేవలు అందించేందుకు ఏమాత్రం శ్రద్ధ చూపడంలేదని నిప్పులు చెరిగారు. హైదరాబాద్‌ మహానగరంలోనే ఇలాంటి దుస్థితి నెలకొని ఉందంటే గ్రామాల్లో ముఖ్యంగా గిరిజన, ఏజెన్సీ ప్రాంతాల్లో అనారోగ్య సమస్యలు ఎంత తీవ్రంగా జఠిలంగా ఉన్నాయో అర్ధం చేసుకోవచ్చునని దాసోజు శ్రవణ్‌ అన్నారు. ఏజెన్సీ ఏరియాల్లో 20 రోజులకు ఒక్కసారి మాత్రమే వైద్య సేవలు అందుతున్నాయని చెప్పారు. గిరిజన, ఏజెన్సీ ప్రాంతాల్లో వైద్యాన్ని హెలికాఫ్టర్‌ ద్వారా సేవలు అందిస్తామని గతంలో కేసీఆర్‌ ఇచ్చిన హామీ గాలి మాటగానే మిగిలిందన్నారు.
టీఆర్ఎస్‌ పార్టీ 2014 ఎన్నికల మ్యానిఫెస్టోలో జిల్లా కేంద్రాల్లో వెయ్యి పడకలు, మండల కేంద్రాల్లో వంద పడకల ఆస్పత్రుల్ని ఏర్పాటు చేస్తామని ఇచ్చిన హామీ ఏమైందని దాసోజు శ్రవణ్‌ నిలదీశారు. అయిదున్నర ఏండ్లు గడిచినా ఆ హామీకి దిక్కు లేదని దుమ్మెత్తిపోశారు. గతంలోని వైఎస్‌ రాజశేఖర్‌రెడ్డి నేతృత్వంలోని కాంగ్రెస్‌పార్టీ ప్రభుత్వం వరంగల్‌లోని ఎంజీఎం ఆస్పత్రిని వెయ్యి పడకల స్థాయికి తీసుకువచ్చారని, ఇప్పటి టీఆర్ఎస్‌ ప్రభుత్వం మాత్రం ఎంజీఎం ఆస్పత్రిని ఏమీ పట్టించుకోవడం లేదని విమర్శించారు. తగిన నిధులు ఇవ్వకుండా ఆస్పత్రికే అనారోగ్యం వచ్చిందనేలా చేశారన్నారు. హైదరాబాద్‌లోని నీలోఫర్, ఉస్మానియా, గాంధీ వంటి ప్రతిష్టాత్మక ప్రభుత్వాసుపత్రుల పరిస్థితి కూడా ఇదే మాదిరిగా చేసిన టీఆర్ఎస్‌ ప్రభుత్వం ప్రజలకు జవాబు చెప్పాలని దాసోజు శ్రవణ్‌ డిమాండ్‌ చేశారు. విద్యుత్‌ సరఫరా నిలిచిపోవడంతో వెంటిలేటర్లు పనిచేయక గాంధీ ఆస్పత్రిలో ఒకే ఒక్క రోజులో 21 మంది రోగులు చనిపోయారని, ఇలాంటి ఘటనల తర్వాత కూడా ప్రభుత్వంలో కదలిక లేకపోవడం దారుణవిషయమన్నారు.
కాంగ్రెస్‌ అధికారంలో ఉండగా రూ.35 వేల కోట్లతో 16 లక్షల ఎకరాలను సాగులోకి తెచ్చేందుకు ప్రాణహిత చేవెళ్ల ప్రాజెక్టును ప్లాన్‌ చేస్తే.. కేసీఆర్‌ ప్రభుత్వం రీడిజైన్‌ చేయించి దాని నిర్మాణ వ్యయ్యం 80 వేల కోట్ల రూపాయలకు పెంచి 18 లక్షల ఎకరాల్ని సాగు లక్ష్యంగా చేసి ప్రజాధనాన్ని మంచినీళ్ల ప్రాయంగా దుర్వినియోగం చేస్తోందని దాసోజు శ్రవణ్‌ ఆరోపించారు. రీడిజైన్‌ పేరుతో ప్రజాధనాన్ని విచ్చలవిడిగా ఖర్చు చేస్తున్న కేసీఆర్‌ చర్యల్ని ఆయన తీవ్రంంగా తప్పుపట్టారు. కాంగ్రెస్‌ పాలన మొత్తంలో రూ.60 వేల కోట్లు మాత్రమే అప్పులు చేస్తే అయిదున్నర సంవత్సరాల్లో టీఆర్ఎస్‌ ప్రభుత్వం రూ.2.5 లక్షల కోట్ల అప్పులు చేసిందని ఆయన గణాంకాల్ని వివరించారు. కేవలం 60 నెలల్లో కేసీఆర్‌ ప్రభుత్వం రాష్ట్రాన్ని రెండున్నర లక్షల కోట్ల రూపాయల అప్పుల ఊబిలోకి నెట్టేశారని డాక్టర్‌ శ్రవణ్‌ నిప్పులు చెరిగారు.
డెంగీ కేసుల నమోదు వివరాల్ని అందించేందుకు ప్రభుత్వం ఏమాత్రం ఆసక్తి చూపడం లేదని, ప్రైవేటు ఆస్పత్రుల్లో నమోదైన డెంగూ కేసుల సంఖ్య ఎంతో పత్రికల వారికి చెప్పకుండా గోప్యంగా ఉంచుతోందని ఆరోపించారు. అదే విధంగా ప్రభుత్వాసుపత్రుల్లోని డెంగీ కేసుల వివరాల్ని మీడియాకు చెప్పవద్దని ప్రభుత్వం నుంచి ఆదేశాలు వెలువడినట్లుగా తెలిసిందన్నారు. వైద్య, ఆరోగ్యాలను పూర్తిగా నిర్లక్ష్యం చేసిన టీఆర్ఎస్‌ ప్రభుత్వం ప్రజల ఆరోగ్యంతో చెలగాటం ఆడుతోందని డాక్టర్‌ దాసోజు శ్రవణ్‌ విమర్శలు గుప్పించారు.

Hyderabad, September 14: All India Congress Committee (AICC) Spokesperson Dr. Dasoju Sravan demanded that the State Government declare Health Emergency in Telangana to take immediate measures to control spread of viral diseases.

He was addressing the hunger strike camp organised by Congress party at MGM Hospital in Warangal on Saturday. He alleged that the State Government has failed to react promptly on the spread of Dengue, Malaria, Cholera and other viral diseases despite many deaths being reported from across the State. He accused the TRS Government of completely neglecting the Health Sector. He pointed out that of Rs. 1.82 lakh crore Vote on Account budget for 2019-20 only Rs. 5,536 crore were earmarked for Health Sector which was about 3% of the total expenditure. He said other States, on an average, were spending about 4.8% of budget on public health. He said huge budget was allocated for Kaleshwaram Project and other irrigation schemes as Chief Minister K. Chandrashekhar Rao was allegedly getting commission from contractors.

Sravan said that the benefits of separate Telangana State were being enjoyed only by KCR and his family while the creation of new State did not change the lives of common people. Referring to a news item, he said a criminal complaint was lodged with the Banjara Hills against the veterinary doctor after a dog of Pragathi Bhavan, whom he was treating, died. However, he said no action was taken when six children died of Dengue in a single day in Gandhi Hospital. He asked whether or not criminal cases for negligence should be booked against CM KCR and Health Minister Etala Rajender. He said KCR was keen on constructing new buildings for Secretariat and Assembly. But he was not interested in improving the facilities in government hospitals. He said the Tribal and Agency areas of Telangana were not having any medical facilities and they get the access once in 20 days. He reminded that the Chief Minister had promised to provide Air Ambulance by deploying helicopters in the Tribal areas.

The Congress leader reminded that the TRS party, in its election manifesto for 2014 elections, had promised to construct a 1,000-bed hospital in every district headquarters and a 100-bed hospital in each mandal. Even after more than five-and-a-half years, this promise remained unfulfilled, he said. He also pointed out that the previous Dr. Y.S. Rajashekhara Reddy Government had upgraded MGM Hospital in Warangal to 1,000-bed. However, he said the present TRS Government has completed neglected the hospital and deprived it of required funds. He said Osmania General Hospital, Gandhi Hospital and Niloufer Hospital in Hyderabad lack proper facilities and infrastructure. He said 21 people died in a single day in Gandhi Hospital when ventilators went off due to power cut as there no back up.

Sravan said that the previous Congress Government had planned Pranahita Chevella Project to irrigate 16 lakh acres of land at an estimated cost of Rs. 35,000 crore. However, KCR escalated the cost in the name of re-designing and the State Government would be spending Rs. 80,000 crore to cultivate 18 lakh acres of land. He condemned the Chief Minister for wasting public money in the name of re-designing. The Congress leader said that Telangana had inherited a debt of only Rs. 60,000 crore in 60 years. However, CM KCR had pushed Telangana into a debt trap of over Rs. 2.50 lakh crore in 60 months.

He strongly condemned the State Government for trying to suppress information on rising number of Dengue cases by asking private hospitals not to reveal details to media. Similarly, the government hospitals have been directed not to disclose statistics pertaining to Dengue cases to media. He said instead of curbing information, TRS Government must focus on curbing the diseases which have played havoc in the lives of common people. (Ends)

AICC National Spokesperson Dr. Dasoju Sravan questions KTR's dual stand

Hyderabad, August 11: All India Congress Committee (AICC) National Spokesperson Dr. Dasoju Sravan on Sunday accused TRS Working President K. Tarakarama Rao of indulging in politics of dual standard.

Referring to the speech delivered by KTR at an event in Telugu University on Saturday, Sravan said KTR has rightly pointed out that a particular section has got habituated of branding people as 'patriot' (Deshbhakt) if they support them and others as 'betrayer' (Desh Drohi) if they oppose them. He asked KTR to introspect the narrative being pursued by his own party. He said those joining TRS are being portrayed as well wishers of Telangana and those in opposition are being called betrayers of Telangana. He said there was no change in the approach adopted by both TRS and the other group.

Raising six important questions, Sravan asked as to why KTR did not think on these lines when leaders not joining or supporting TRS were branded as 'Telangana Drohi'. He asked as to why KTR did not think of threat to democracy by way suppressing those who raise questions against the government when TRS purchased MPs, MLAs and other elected representatives of opposition parties like commodities. He said it was ridiculous that KTR was now talking about dangers to democracy after having encouraged defections at a grand scale. He said why this thought did not struck KTR when Dharna Chowk was scrapped and those raising voice against TRS Government were sent to jail. He said it was strange KTR was now talking about democratic practices after erasing entire opposition from the Assembly and Council.

Sravan ridiculed KTR for stating that the religion and politics should remain separate. Why he did not get this thought when TRS allied with the MIM. If KTR truly believes in what he said then TRS should immediately snap its ties with the MIM, he demanded. Similarly, he said if KTR believes that BJP Government at the Centre was pursuing religion-based politics, then why TRS supported Modi Government in all its decisions like demonitisation, GST, elections of President and Vice President of India, Deputy Chairman of Rajya Sabha, NITI Aayog chairman, Triple Talaq Bill, RTI Amendment Bill and Article 370.

The Congress leader said people could not fooled always by changing colours like chameleon. He asked KTR not to undermine the intellect and wisdom of people of Telangana and stop practicing politics of double standards

రెండు నాల్కల కెటిర్ గారికి కాంగ్రెస్ జాతీయ అధికార ప్రతినిధి దాసోజు శ్రవణ్ సూటి ప్రశ్నలు

1. నాతోనుంటే దేశభక్తులు, లేకపోతే దేశద్రోహులా అని ప్రశ్నించిన మీరు కూడా చేసిందేమిటి? తెరాస  చేరితే తెలంగాణ వాదులు, మీ తప్పుడు నిర్ణయాలకు భజన కొడితే తెలంగాణ వాదులు, కాని ప్రశ్నిస్తే తెలంగాణద్రోహులు అని తమరు దౌర్జన్యంగా ముద్ర వేసినప్పుడు  ఈ సోయి ఎందుకు లేదో?

2. ప్రశ్నించే స్థితి లేకపోతే ప్రజాస్వామ్యానికి ప్రమాదం అని మాట్లాడుతున్న మీకు ప్రతిపక్ష పార్టీల ఏంఎల్ఏ లను, ఏంపి లను, క్షేత్ర స్థాయి నాయకులను సంతలో గొడ్లను కొన్నట్టు కొన్నప్పుడు, పార్టీ ఫిరాయింపులు ప్రోత్సహించిన్నప్పుడు ఈ నీతి సూత్రం గుర్తుకు రాలేదా?

3. ధర్నా చౌక్ ఎత్తివేసి ప్రశ్నించే గొంతుకలను పోలీసులతో అక్రమ కేసులు బనాయించి బెదిరించి, జేళ్ల్లలో పెట్టినప్పుడు ఈ తెలివి ఎందుకు లేదు.

4. ప్రజాస్వామ్యం విలువల గూర్చి మాట్లాడిన మీరు తెలంగాణ లేజిస్లేటివ్ అసెంబ్లీలో,  కౌన్సిల్ లో కనీసం ప్రతిపక్షం లేకుండా చేయడం మీ హిపోక్రసీ కి నిదర్శనం కాదా?

 5.  మత రాజకీయాలొద్దు అని సిద్ధాంతాలు వల్లించిన  మీకు  పచ్చి మతోన్మాద పార్టీ ఎం ఐ ఎం తో పొత్తు ఎందుకు? మీ మాటలు ప్రజల్ని మోసం చేయిడానికి కాకపోతే ఎం ఐ ఎం తో మీ పొత్తు రద్ధు  చేసుకుంటారా?

6. మీరన్నట్లుగా ఒకవేళ కేంద్రం మతోన్మాద రాజకీయాలకు పాల్పడితే, వారికే బేషరతుగా నోట్ల రద్దు, జిఎస్టీ, రాష్ట్రపతి, ఉప రాష్ట్రపతి, రాజ్యసభ డిప్యూటీ చైర్మన్ నీతి ఆయోగ్, త్రిబుల్ తలాక్, రైట్ ఇన్ఫర్మేషన్ ఆక్ట్ సవరణ, 370 ఆక్ట్ రద్దు లాంటి అనేక అంశాలలో బీజేపీకి మద్దతు ఎందుకు ఇచ్చినట్లు?

ఊసరవెల్లి వలే పూటకో మాట మాట్లాడి ప్రజల్ని మభ్యపెట్టాలనుకుంటే, ఎల్లకాలం సాధ్యం కాదు. దయ చేసి తెలంగాణ ప్రజలకున్న విజ్ఞతను తక్కువ అంచనా వేయవద్దని, రెండు నాల్కల రాజకీయాలు మానుకోవాలని విజ్ఞప్తి.

బీజేపీకి అంత సీన్ లేదు. బీజేపీ, టిఆర్ఎస్ లు చీకటి రాజకీయాలు చేస్తూ కాంగ్రెస్ ను దెబ్బ తీసే కుట్రలు చేస్తున్నాయి : కాంగ్రెస్

Ø తెలంగాణలో బీజేపీ వాపు ను చూసి బలుపు అనుకుంటుంది.

Ø ఇక్కడ బీజేపీకి అంత సీన్ లేదు. బీజేపీ, టిఆర్ఎస్ లు చీకటి రాజకీయాలు చేస్తూ కాంగ్రెస్ ను దెబ్బ తీసే కుట్రలు చేస్తున్నాయి.

Ø బీజేపీ కేంద్ర మంత్రులు తెలంగాణ పర్యటనలలో రాష్ట్రంలో అబ్దుతంగా పాలన సాగుతోందని పొగుడుతారు .

Ø కేంద్రంలో అన్ని అంశాలలో టిఆర్ఎస్ భే షరతు మద్దతు ఇస్తుంది.

Ø ఇలా లోపాయికరిగా ఒకరికొకరు మద్దతు ఇచ్చుకునే పార్టీ లు ఎలా ప్రత్యుర్డులు అవుతారు. వాళ్ళ నాటకాలు తెలంగాణ ప్రజలను మోసం చేయడానికే.

తెలంగాణ లో బీజేపీకి స్థానం లేదు. ఎమ్యెల్యేగా ఓడిపోయిన లక్ష్మణ్ ఎగిసి పడుతున్నారు...టిఆర్ఎస్ బీజేపీ రెండు దొంగ ఆటలు ఆడుతున్నాయి. బీజేపి, టిఆర్ఎస్ అక్రమ రాజకీయాలు చేస్తున్నాయి .ఉత్తమ్ ను విమర్శించే స్థాయి లక్ష్మణ్ కు లేదు. దేశం  కోసం ప్రాణాలు ఫణంగా పెట్టి పోరాటాలు చేసి సైనికుడు ఉత్తమ్..  ఆయనపై బీజేపీ విమర్శలా..103 అసెంబ్లీ స్థానాలలో డిపాజిట్ కోల్పోయిన బీజేపీ బలపడడం అసాధ్యం.

తెలంగాణలో బీజేపీ కి ఎప్పుడు స్థానం లేదని, 4 ఎంపీ స్థానాలు అనుకోకుండా గెలవగానే బీజేపీ ఏదో ఊహించుకుంటుంది. బీజేపీ తెలంగాణలో ఎన్నటికీ బలపడదని, టిఆర్ఎస్ కు ప్రత్యామ్నాయ కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ ఒక్కటేనని, బీజేపీ వి పగటి కలలే

ఆగస్ట్ 7న 2016 నాడు గజేవెల్ లో మిషన్ భగీరథ ప్రారంభం నాడు నరేంద్ర మోడీ టిఆర్ఎస్ ప్రభుత్వాన్ని మెచ్చుకుంటే, కేసీఆర్ ఏకంగా మీ గుండెల్లో స్థానం ఉంటే చాలు మాకు ఏమి అక్కరలేదు అనలేదా. ?

మే 5, 2018న కేంద్ర రోడ్, భవనాల మంత్రి నితిన్ గడ్కరీ హైద్రాబాద్ లో  తెలంగాణలో రోడ్లు అద్భుతంగా ఉన్నాయని అనలేదా..సెప్టెంబర్ 18, 2018న  కేంద్ర హోమ్ శాఖ సహాయ మంత్రి పంజాగుట్ట పోలీస్ స్టేషన్ సందర్శించి రాష్ట్రంలో  శాంతి భద్రతలు చాలా బాగున్నాయని మెచ్చుకోలేదా..కేంద్ర అటవీ, పర్యావరణ శాఖ మంత్రి ప్రకాష్ జయదేవకర్ రాష్ట్రంలో హరిత హారం పనులను మెచ్చుకోలేదా.. కేంద్ర మంత్రులు అహ్లువాలియా, వికె సింగ్ లు హైద్రాబాద్ కు వచ్చి రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వాన్ని విపరీతంగా పొగిడారు..

నోట్ల రద్దు, జిఎస్టీ, రాష్ట్రపతి, ఉప రాష్ట్రపతి, రాజ్యసభ డిప్యూటీ చైర్మన్ నీతి ఆయోగ్, త్రిబుల్ తలాక్, రైట్ ఇన్ఫర్మేషన్ ఆక్ట్ సవరణ, 370 ఆక్ట్ రద్దు లాంటి అనేక అంశాలలో బీజేపీకి భే శరతుగా మద్దతు ఇవ్వలేదా ?

2017, ఏప్రిల్ 16న అసెంబ్లీలో ముస్లిం రిజర్వేషన్లు బిల్లు కోసం తీర్మానం చేసి పార్లమెంట్ కు పంపారు అది ఎందుకు అమలు కావడం లేదు.

తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్ర బిల్లులో మనకు హక్కుగా రావాల్సిన బయ్యారం స్టీల్ ఫ్యాక్టరరీ, కాజీపేట కోచ్ ఫేక్టరీ, ట్రైబల్ యూనివర్సిటీ, జాతీయ సాగునీటి ప్రాజెక్టు ఇలా అనేకం పెండింగ్ ఉన్నాయి. అవి ఎందుకు డిమాండ్ చేయడం లేదు. రెండు పార్టీలు కలిసి తెలంగాణకు మోసం చేస్తూ ప్రజాలకు నష్టం చేస్తున్నాయి.

TRS, BJP jointly conspired to damage Congress in Telangana: AICC National Spokesperson Dr. Dasoju Sravan

Hyderabad, August 11: All India Congress Committee (AICC) National Spokesperson Dr. Dasoju Sravan alleged that the TRS and BJP have hatched a secret conspiracy to damage the Congress party in Telangana State.

Speaking to media persons here on Sunday, Sravan alleged that both TRS and BJP were same sides of a coin with both sharing the common objective of causing damage to the Congress party. He pointed out that all Union Ministers, during their visit to Telangana, were praising the TRS Government. In turn, TRS is extending unconditional support to all the decisions of BJP Government. Both parties are working in 'Made for Each Other' mode. In contrast to the real behaviour and understanding, both BJP and TRS are misleading the people by enacting drama of rivalry, he alleged.

Sravan said there was neither any scope nor hope of BJP emerging as a political force in Telangana State. He said BJP candidates could not secure deposit in 103 out of 119 Assembly seats in the elections held in December 2018. Despite having such a humiliating performance, he said BJP leaders were making tall claims of emerging as an alternate to ruling party. He said Telangana BJP President K. Lakshman has no moral right to criticise TPCC President & Nalgonda MP Capt. N. Uttam Kumar Reddy. He said Uttam Kumar Reddy had served the Indian Air Force as a fighter pilot and risked his life on multiple occasions to protect the nation. Therefore, making personal remarks against a retired soldier and questioning his abilities is highly regrettable, he said.

The Congress leader said that the BJP neither got an opporunity nor will get one to strengthen itself in Telangana. He said the victory of BJP on four Lok Sabha seats in last elections was totally incidental and unexpected and it made its leaders start day-dreaming about winning next Assembly elections. He said BJP could never become an alternate to the Congress and this dream of BJP leaders would remain unrealised.

Sravan cited several examples of strong friendship between TRS and BJP. He reminded that when Prime Minister Narender Modi visited Gajwel on August 7, 2016 to inaugurate Mission Bhagiratha scheme, both PM Modi and Chief Minister K. Chandrashekhar Rao praised each other. KCR went to the extent of saying that Telangana does not want anything from the Centre but he wants a little space in PM Modi's heart. Similarly, Union Minister for Surface Transport Nitin Gadkari, during his visit to the State on 5th May 2018 praised the roads in Telangana State. On 18th September 2018, the then Union Minister of State for Home Affairs visited Punjagutta Police Station and showered praise on the Law & Order situation in Telangana. While Union Minister Prakash Javedkar praied the Haritha Haratha programme, other BJP ministers Ahluwalia and V.K. Singh, during their visits to Hyderabad, praised the Telangana Government for different things.

The Congress leader asked as to why BJP Government was not conducting fast track investigation into the ESI and PF scams involving KCR despite CBI registering a case. He challenged BJP leaders to convince their party's government at the Centre to order CBI probe into the cases of Gangster Nayeem, Miyapur land scam, Drugs Mafia and irregularities in the irrigation projects. Similarly, he asked TRS leaders to clarify whether or not their party gave unconditional support to the BJP Government on decisions like demonitisation, GST, elections of President and Vice President of India, Deputy Chairman of Rajya Sabha, NITI Aayog chairman, Triple Talaq Bill, RTI Amendment Bill and Article 370.

Sravan despite having friendship for political and personal gains with the BJP, TRS failed to pressurise the BJP Government at the Centre on approving the Bill for enhancing Muslim reservation to 12% which was passed in the Assembly on 16th April 2017. He said other promises made in the Andhra Pradesh State Reorganisation Act like a Steel Factory at Bayyaram, Railway Coach Factory at Qazipet, Tribal University and national status for an irrigation project remained unfulfilled.

He alleged that both TRS and BJP were true, but secret, allies and enacting the rivalry drama to cheat the people of Telangana while causing huge loss to the State. (Ends)

హైదరాబాద్, ఆగస్టు 5:  సమగ్ర వేదిక ’ పేరుతో రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం తెలంగాణ పౌరులకు సంబంధించిన వ్యక్తిగత డేటాను అధికారికంగా అనుసంధానం చేయడంపై దర్యాప్తు చేస్తామని కేంద్ర సహాయ హోం శాఖ మంత్రి కిషన్‌రెడ్డి హామీ ఇచ్చినట్లు కాంగ్రెస్‌ పార్టీ ప్రతినిధి బృందం తెలిపింది. కాంగ్రెస్‌ పార్టీ ప్రతినిధుల బృందం దిల్లీలో సోమవారం మంత్రి కిషన్‌రెడ్డిని కలినప్పుడు తమకు  హామీ ఇచ్చారని బృంద నేతలు తెలిపారు.

అఖిల భారత కాంగ్రెస్‌ పార్టీ అధికార ప్రతినిధి డాక్టర్‌ శ్రావణ్‌ దాసోజు నేతృత్వంలోని కాంగ్రెస్‌ నాయకుల ప్రతినిధుల బృందం సోమవారం న్యూఢిల్లీలో కేంద్ర హోం వ్యవహారాల సహాయ మంత్రిని కలుసుకున్నారు. తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం సమగ్ర వేదిక పేరుతో ప్రజల వ్యక్తిగత సమాచారాన్ని, గోప్యంగా ఉండాల్సిన వివరాల్ని సేకరించి రాజ్యాంగంలోని 21వ అధికరణాన్ని ఉల్లంఘించిందని, డేటా (గోప్యత – రక్షణ) చట్టం–2017, ఇన్ఫర్మేషన్‌ టెక్నాలజీ యాక్ట్‌–2008లనే కాకుండా సుప్రీంకోర్టు మార్గదర్శకాల్ని సైతం ఉల్లంఘించిందని ఆరోపిస్తూ ఫిర్యాదు సమర్పించారు. అధికారిక డేటాను రాజకీయ ఆరోపణలకు, రాజకీయ ప్రయోజనాల కోసం టిఆర్ఎస్‌ పార్టీ దుర్వినియోగం చేస్తోందని వారు ఆరోపించారు.

జూలై 5, 2019న హైదరాబాద్‌లో జరిగిన ఐ.సి.ఎ.ఐ. జాతీయ సదస్సులో ఐటీ శాఖ ముఖ్య కార్యదర్శి జయేశ్‌ రంజన్‌ చేసిన ప్రసంగంలో.. ’సిటిజెన్‌ 360’ పేరట సేకరించిన వివరాలను తెలియజేయడంతో దిగ్భ్రాంతి కలిగించడమే కాకుండా కలతపెట్టిందన్నారు. వివిధ విభాగాల ద్వారా డేటాను అందుబాటులోకి వచ్చిందని, దీని ద్వారా  పౌరులకు సంబంధించిన ప్రై వేట్‌ డేటా సేకరించినట్లు ఐఎఎస్‌ అయిన ఆ అధికారి అంగీకరించారని ప్రతినిధి బృందం వివరించింది.

‘జయేశ్‌ రంజన్‌ చేసిన ప్రకటన ద్వారా చాలా స్పష్టంగా తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వం చట్టవిరుద్ధంగా రహస్యంగా వ్యక్తుల వ్యక్తిగత గోప్యతా సమాచార సేకరణ చేసిందని ఒప్పుకున్నారు. ప్రజల అనుమతి లేకుండా ఈ విధంగా వ్యక్తిగత సమాచారాన్ని సేకరించడం చట్ట ఉల్లంఘన.. ’అని ఆయన తెలిపారు. వ్యక్తుల వ్యక్తిగత, రహస్య డేటా సేకరణ చేయడం చట్ట వ్యతిరేకమని, దీనిపై స్వతంత్ర దర్యాప్తు సంస్థతో విచారణ జరిపించాలని డాక్టర్‌ శ్రవణ్‌ కేంద్ర సహాయ మంత్రిని కోరారు. ఏ ఏజెన్సీ ద్వారా ఈ డేటాను సేకరించారో వెల్లడించలేదని, ఆ ఏజెన్సీ దగ్గర డేటా గుట్టుగా ఉంటుందనే గ్యారెంటీ ఏముంటుందనే సందేహాన్ని వ్యక్తం చేశారు.

‘వివిధ ప్రభుత్వ శాఖలతో లావాదేవీలు నిర్వహించే పౌరుల డేటాలన్నింటినీ పూర్తిగా సేకరించిన తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వం అక్షరాలా చట్టాన్ని ఉల్లంఘించింది. ప్రై వేట్‌ సంస్థలు, బ్యాంకులు, ఆర్థిక సంస్థలు, వ్యక్తిగత ఇ–మెయిల్స్, పాస్‌వర్డ్‌లు, మొదలైవన్నింటినీ పౌరుల ప్రతి డిజిటల్‌ లావాదేవీలను ప్రభుత్వం సేకరించిందని స్పష్టం అవుతోందని ఫిర్యాదులో పేర్కొన్నారు. 

తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వం వ్యక్తులు / పౌరుల ప్రై వేటు సమాచారాన్ని ఎలాంటి అనుమతులు లేకుండా సేకరించింది. ఈ డేటాను రాజకీయ లేదా వ్యక్తిగత ప్రయోజనాల కోసం ప్రభుత్వం వినియోగిస్తోంది. డేటాను భారీగా దుర్వినియోగం అవుతోంది. అమాయక పౌరుల రోజు వారీ సాధారణ లావాదేవీలన్నింటినీ ప్రభుత్వం సేకరించింది. సమాచారం పేరుతో ప్రజలకు తెలియకుండానే వాళ్ల వేలి ముద్రల డేటాను కూడా ప్రభుత్వం ప్రైవేట్‌ ఏజెన్సీల ద్వారా సేకరించింది.. అని ఆయన చెప్పారు.

పూర్తిగా ఏకపక్షంగా, చట్టం విరుద్ధమే కాకుండా దేశ అత్యున్నత న్యాయస్థానం సుప్రీంకోర్టు ఇచ్చిన తీర్పులకు విరుద్ధమని డాక్టర్‌ దాసోజు శ్రవణ్‌ ఫిర్యాదులో పేర్కొన్నారు. సుప్రీంకోర్టు ఆధార్‌ చట్టానికి సంబంధించి 2018 సెప్టెంబర్‌లో ఇచ్చిన తీర్పుకు పూర్తి వ్యతిరేకంగా తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వం వ్యక్తుల వ్యక్తిగత డేటాను సేకరించి చట్ట ఉల్లంఘనలకు పాల్పడిందని చెప్పారు. పౌరుల సమాచారాన్ని గుట్టుగా సేకరించి దానిని ప్రభుత్వం దుర్వినియోగం చేస్తోందన్నారు. డేటాను ఎందుకు సేకరించిందో ప్రభుత్వం స్పష్టత ఇవ్వడం లేదన్నారు. ఈ విధంగా చేయడం పౌరుల ప్రాథమిక హక్కుల ఉల్లంఘనే అవుతుందని, రాజ్యాంగం 14, 21 అధికరణాల కింద పౌరుల హక్కులకు కల్పించిన వాటిని ప్రభుత్వం యథేచ్ఛగా ఉల్లంఘించిందని డాక్టర్‌ శ్రవణ్‌ ఆందోళన వ్యక్తం చేశారు.

తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వం  ప్రజల అనుమతి లేదా వారి ప్రమేయం లేకుండా రాష్ట్రంలోని పౌరులందరికీ ఆధార్‌కు సమాంతరంగా కార్డులు సృష్టించేందుకు ప్రయత్నిస్తోందని ఆరోపించారు.

డేటాకు రక్షణ, భద్రతా చర ్యలను ప్రభుత్వం ఏం తీసుకుంటుందో తెలియడం లేదని ఆందోళన వ్యక్తం చేశారు. డేటా సేకరణ బాధ్యతలను ప్రైవేట్‌ ఏజెన్సీలకు అప్పగించడం తీవ్రమైన విషయమని, ఆ ప్రైవేట్‌ సంస్థ ద్వారా వ్యక్తుల వ్యక్తిగత, గోప్యతా సమాచారం ఇతరులకు చేరదని గ్యారెంటీ ఏదని ఆయన ప్రశ్నించారు. టిఆర్ఎస్‌ పార్టీ సహా. ఇతరుల స్వార్థ ప్రయోజనాలకు ఆ డేటా చేరుతుందనే అనుమానాన్ని వ్యక్తం చేశారు. తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వం డేటాను ఏవిధంగా సేకరించిందో, ఏయే చట్టాలను ఉల్లంఘించి చేరిందో, దానిని ఏవిధంగా దుర్వినియోగం చేస్తోందో తెలుసుకోవాల్సిన అవసరం ఉందన్నారు. అంతే కాకుండా ప్రైవేట్‌ ఏజెన్సీల ద్వారా కూడా ఈ సమాచారం టీఆర్ఎస్‌ పార్టీ ఇతరులకు చేరిందనే అనుమానాలు ఉన్న నేపథ్యంలో దీనిపై స్వతంత్ర దర్యాప్తు సంస్థతో విచారణకు ఆదేశించాలని కోరారు. పౌరులకు తెలియకుండానే వాళ్ల సమాచారాన్ని గుట్టుగా సేకరించిన ప్రభుత్వ విధానాన్ని బట్టబయలు చేయాల్సిన అవసరం ఉందన్నారు. 

ఒక వ్యక్తి పేరు, చిరునామా వంటి వివరాల్ని ఎకనామిక్‌ సర్వే రిపోర్ట్‌ పేరుతో తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వం సర్వే రిపోర్టును ప్రచురించిన విషయాన్ని శ్రవణ్‌ గుర్తు చేశారు. ఒక సాధారణ గుర్తింపును ఉపయోగించి 25 ప్రభుత్వ శాఖలతో అనుసంధానం చేయడం దేశంలోనే ఇదే ప్రథమమన్నారు. 

తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వ చర్యలు ఇన్ఫర్మేషన్‌ టెక్నాలజీ యాక్ట్‌–2000, ఐటీ యాక్ట్‌–2000లోని సెక్షన్‌ 72ఎలను యథేచ్ఛగా ఉల్లంఘించిందని డాక్టర్‌ దాసోజు శ్రవణ్‌ చెప్పారు. 

‘తెలంగాణ ప్రస్తుతం ప్రభుత్వంపై పదేపదే గూఢచర్యం ఆరోపణలు ఉన్నాయి. అనేక మంది పౌరుల ప్రైవేట్‌  డేటా లోకి చొచ్చుకుపోతోంది. ప్రభుత్వం చర్యలు కూడా అందుకు అనుగుణంగా ఉంటున్నాయి. పౌరుల సున్నిత, రహస్య డేటాకు ముప్పు ఏర్పడింది. మొత్తం పౌరుల డేటా రాజకీయ ప్రయోజనాల కోసం రాబోయే మున్సిపల్‌ ఎన్నికల్లో దుర్వినియోగం అయ్యే అవకాశాలున్నాయి. టిఆర్ఎస్‌ పార్టీ అధికారం కోసం డేటాను దుర్వినియోగం చేయడానికి అన్ని వేళలా సిద్ధంగా ఉంటుంది.. అని డాక్టర్‌ దాసోజు శ్రవణ్‌ విమర్శించారు.

ఈ ఏడాది మార్చిలో ఐటి గ్రిడ్‌ ఇండియా ప్రెవేట్‌ లిమిటెడ్, తెలుగుదేశం పార్టీలకు వ్యతిరేకంగా తెలంగాణ పోలీసులు కేసులు నమోదు చేసిన విషయాన్ని డాక్టర్‌ శ్రవణ్‌ గుర్తు చేశారు. రాజకీయ ప్రయోజనాల కోసం ’సేవామిత్ర’ అనే పేరుతో రాజకీయ అవసరాల కోసం డేటా సేకరించిందని ఆరోపించారు. అదే విధంగా తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వం ‘సిటిజన్‌–360 ‘ దుర్వినియోగం చేయదని గ్యారెంటీ ఏముందని ప్రశ్నించారు. ఐటీ గ్రిడ్‌ కేసులో నిందితులపై కేసులు పెట్టిన తెంగాణ ప్రభుత్వం ఇక్కడ మాత్రం అదే తరహా నేరానికి పాల్పడి పౌరుల డేటాను చోర్యం చేస్తోందన్నారు. దీనిని దుర్వినియోగం చేయదని హామీ ఏదన్నారు. 

పౌరుల వ్యక్తిగత సమాచారాన్ని పెద్ద మొత్తంలో తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వం సేకరించిందని, దీనిని ప్రభుత్వంతోపాటు అధికార టీఆర్ఎస్‌ పార్టీ దుర్వినియోగం చేస్తోందని ఆరోపించారు. ఈ విధంగా చేయడం చట్ట వ్యతిరేకమన్నారు. దీని వల్ల పౌరులకు ముప్పు పొంచి ఉందని ఆందోళన వ్యక్తం చేశారు. వీటిన్నింటినీ పరిగణనలోకి తీసుకుని తెలంగాణ సర్కార్‌ పౌరుల వ్యక్తిగత, గోప్యతా సమాచారాన్ని సేకరించిన చట్ట వ్యతిరేక వ్యవహారాలపై స్వతంత్ర దర్యాప్తునకు ఆదేశించాలని, నిజాయితీతో కూడిన విచారణ జరిపి దోషులపై చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలని డాక్టర్‌ దాసోజు శ్రవణ్‌ నేతృత్వంలోని కాంగ్రెస్‌ నాయకుల ప్రతినిధి బృందం కేంద్ర హోం శాఖ సహాయ మంత్రి కిషన్‌రెడ్డికి సమర్పించిన వినతిపత్రంలో కోరింది.
