న్యాయవాదుల సంక్షేమం
స్వాతంత్ర్య సంగ్రామం, తెలంగాణా ఉద్యమం. ఈ రెండు గొప్ప పోరాటాల్లో మాత్రమే న్యాయవాదులు తమ నల్ల కోట్లతో నిరసన ప్రదర్శనలు చేసి, తమ వృత్తిని పక్కకు బెట్టి ఉద్యమంలో పాల్గొని లాఠీ దెబ్బలు తిన్నరు. ఉద్యమకారులు, విద్యార్ధులపై మోపిన అక్రమ కేసులను ఎదుర్కొని వారికి రక్షణ కవచంలా నిలిచిన్రు. కాని గడిచిన నాలుగేళ్లుగా ఎన్నో హామీలిచ్చిన టీఆర్ఎస్ ప్రభుత్వం న్యాయవాదుల సంక్షేమానికి చేసిందేమీ లేదు.రాబోయే కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వం అధికారంలోకి వస్తే న్యాయవాదుల సంక్షేమానికి ఈ కింది హామీలను నెరవేరుస్తుంది.
1. రూ. 200 కోట్లతో న్యాయవాదుల సంక్షేమ నిధిని ఏర్పాటు చేస్తం.
2. తెలంగాణా బార్ కౌన్సిల్ కు ఏటా రూ.10 కోట్లు గ్రాంటుగా అందజేస్తం.
3. కొత్తగా నమోదైన రెగ్యులర్ ప్రాక్టీసులో ఉన్న న్యాయవాదులకు, జూనియర్ న్యాయవాదులకు ఒక సంవత్సరం పాటు నెలకు రూ. 5 వేల స్టైఫెండ్ ఇస్తం.
4. న్యాయవాది మరణిస్తే ఇచ్చే డెత్ బెనిఫిట్స్ ను రూ.8 లక్షలకు పెంచి వారి కుటుంబాలను ఆదుకుంటం.
5. SC, ST సబ్ ప్లాన్ క్రింద అడ్వకేట్ సొంతంగా ఆఫీసు ఏర్పాటు కొరకై నిధులు మంజూరు చేస్తం.
6. న్యాయవాదుల కమ్యూనిటీ హాల్ మరియు రిక్రియేషన్ క్లబ్బు కొరకై 2 ఎకరాల భూమి మంజూరు చేస్తం.
7. అర్హులైన న్యాయవాదులకు ఇళ్ల పట్టాలు ఇస్తం.
8. న్యాయవాదులను స్పెషల్ మేజిస్ట్రేట్లుగా ఫాస్ట్ ట్రాక్ కోర్టులలో మరియు జిల్లా ఫోరంలలో నియమించేందుకు కృషి చేస్తం.
9. న్యాయవాదులకు స్పెషల్ ట్రైనింగ్ కొరకు జుడీషియల్ అకాడమీ ఏర్పాటు చేస్తం.
9. న్యాయవాదులకు మరియు వారి కుటుంబాలకు ఆరోగ్యభీమా పధకాన్ని కల్పిస్తం.
9. కేసుల సత్వర పరిష్కారానికి, అవసరానికనుగుణంగా కోర్టుల సంఖ్యను పెంచుతం.
Lawyers Welfare
Advocates took an active part in the Telangana movement and faced lathi-charge, arrests and even cases. They fought cases registered against the Telangana activists and ensure release of several activists who were falsely implicated. However, the lawyers did not benefit from the Telangana State as TRS Government completely neglected them.
On coming to power, the Congress party will implement the following promises:
1. Rs. 300 crore fund will be established for the welfare of Lawyers.
2. Rs. 10 crore grant will be given to Telangana Bar Council on the lines of Tamil Nadu and Kerala Governments.
3. Newly joined advocated and those are practising regularly will be paid a monthly stipend of Rs. 5,000.
4. 10 acres of land will be allocated for a community hall and recreation centre for advocates.
5. Section 41 A CrPC will be scrapped.
6. Land for housing will be allocated for eligible advocates through cooperative societies in the places where courts exists and in every district headquarters.
8. Advocates will be appointed as Special Magistrates in Fast Track Courts.
9. A Judicial Academy will be established to impart training to advocates.
10. The compensation amount paid on the death of an advocate will be increased from present Rs. 4 lakh to Rs. 8 lakh to provide financial security to their families.
11. Advocates will get mediclaim with no limit and the same will be extended to their family members.
12. The stipend amount for Dalit Junior Advocates will be increased from Rs. 1,000 to Rs. 10,000.
12. Free coaching classes will be organised for Junior Civil Judges, Assistant Public Prosecutor and District Judges through Judicial Academy.
13. Funds under SC, ST Sub-Plan will be sanctioned for setting up own offices.
14. Presently the Social Welfare Department is giving Rs. 1,000 to 8 junior advocates. This will be extended to 20 advocates and the amount will be increased to Rs. 5,000 per month.
15. Citizen's Right Chart will be available in all the police stations.
